Raymond Alston Entertainment brings people together through emceeing, inspirational speaking, storytelling, music, and humor. Raymond helps event organizers create engaging experiences where audiences feel welcomed, connected, and encouraged.

Alston Arts Creative Services combines creative vision with strategic execution to help businesses, artists, and organizations bring meaningful experiences to life.
Specializing in immersive environments and audience experiences, Alston Arts offers creative design and turnkey atmospheric transformations for business spaces, events, and special occasions. From intimate customer environments to large-scale experiences, its work integrates storytelling, lighting, sound, and scenic elements to create spaces people want to experience, share, and return to.
Additional services include event and production support, website development, and creative communications.

Leadership
Patsy and Raymond Alston bring complementary strengths in leadership, operations, communication, and audience engagement. Together, they connect practical strategy with the relationships that help meaningful work move forward.
Founder & Managing Member
Patsy brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, disaster response, business operations, and ministry. Her work has involved leading people, navigating change, coordinating complex efforts, and making decisions when resources and time are limited.
As a Clarity Strategist, she helps leaders recognize the strengths already within their organizations, clarify what matters, and create the capacity to move forward. She is the author of KEYS to People-First Leadership and brings event and production experience to the company’s work.
Currently, she serves as director of the upcoming family sitcom SUNDAY—a show about building community through the everyday moments, laughter, and relationships of neighborhood life.
Business Leadership & Audience Engagement
Raymond brings more than 23 years of experience in creative direction, immersive environments, entertainment, storytelling, and audience engagement. His ability to envision what a space could become—and bring together lighting, sound, atmosphere, and human connection—shapes his approach to creating memorable experiences.
Through Raymond Alston Entertainment and his creative leadership within Alston Enterprise, he combines speaking, entertainment, and experiential design to help people connect, engage, and share meaningful moments.
He is now booking as an MC for events.
Current Projects
Serving as director of SUNDAY, an upcoming family sitcom about building community through the everyday moments, laughter, and relationships of neighborhood life.
Working with Code of the West Entertainment in production, videography, writing, and acting—helping bring stories to life behind the camera and on screen.

Much of Alston Arts Creative Services is the work of Patsy and Raymond together. Their experience spans live performance, event coordination, media production, and the behind-the-scenes work that helps a project come together.
Patsy brings strategic clarity, planning, and operational structure. Raymond brings creative direction, storytelling, and connection. Together, they coordinate the people, details, and creative elements that turn an idea into a thoughtfully delivered experience.
Their shared approach is grounded in hospitality and people-first leadership: taking care of the people behind the talent, as well as the audience in front of it.
